We have 4 of your sonic ET pest control
devices which have been fabulous in getting
rid
of our mouse problem. Here's the
question. One of them recently started
making
variable clicking noises audible to us and
annoying as hell. Does this mean
it no
longer works, is defective, or what.

Dear Peggy,
The one ET Pest Control that is making a clicking
noise, the first
thing I would do is check the output switch.
It should be set to
Continuous not Random. Random makes a
clicking noise as it is
shutting the speakers on and off. If the ET
Pest Control was set to
Continuous and it is making a clicking
noise, then there is something
wrong with the ET and we will replace it.
Let me know if you have
checked the output switch and if it
corrected the problem. If not,
let me know and we will get a replacement
unit to you.
Thanks
Rob
